In a world of Wyrd, all is connected. The many corners of our lives and the lives of those that we touch and care for are a whole. The challenge and the joy come in taking that cloth and making the life we want for ourselves and for those we care about. Beyond that, it is in building communities that allow us to integrate the many parts of our often-busy lives.

Wyrd Life Solutions exists to help normal people meet the challenges and live the joy, as part of supportive, accepting communities. Wyrd Life Solutions will progressively offer ordinary people affordable and easy access to the technologies and services that were once available only at the big end of town. Our mission is (in part) to give the benefits that corporations and government have long reaped from advances in information and communication technologies to ‘the rest of us’.

For years we have heard that technology is making our lives easier. Unfortunately, for many of us this isn’t the case. We aren’t all getting the benefits that are out there for the taking. Maybe we’re too busy. Maybe we don’t have time to learn the technologies, or even to keep up to date with the ones we do know. Maybe we want the benefits, but just aren’t interested in the ‘nerdy’ details. Most often, we probably don’t even know the technology is out there.

These are the issues that Wyrd Life Solutions exists to solve. We use our extensive knowledge of technology and its uses to help ordinary people get all that modern technology has to offer them, without making a fulltime job of it.

The team at Wyrd Life Solutions can do this for you thanks to Australia’s National Broadband Network (NBN). The NBN will allow Australian households to make their lives easier in the ways that have been promised for decades. It will see a new generation of Australians using services that have only ever been available in large, wealthy organisations that could afford them.

At Wyrd Life Solutions we have taken the ancient understanding of Wyrd and looked at the possibilities of technology from the perspective of the average person in the street and come up with an idea we call Wyrd Living. Wyrd Living allows us to use the technologies of the modern era to make the futures we want out of the lives we have had, without asking us to get a degree or spend our whole day in front of a computer. Wyrd Living is a service offering that makes the life we read about possible for us. Wyrd Living is for individuals, families, charities, community organisations, small businesses and communities of belief.

Wyrd is woven for us and by us from before we were born until long after we exit the picture. Like any tapestry, there is a part of our lives that is already woven; it has become.
